Alohalady Suggests Online Forums

As a continuation of my previous blogs, I want to tell you about online forums. Remember the days, if you have been online long enough, when you just sent out bulk email, harvested addresses from free classfied ad sites, ffa pages and that? Well, it is a whole new scene now online. Good luck even trying to get any mail through the spam filters of any ISP, even if you are whitelisted at AOL your e-mail will probably be returned to you! Online forums are great, you can meet so many people and find out what common ground you have, build relationships and see where maybe their business might help your business.

It is alot of fun to meet new people! Some of these communities actually offer you ownership in them so that when they sell you will get a share of the profits! All forums have their own set of rules about posting, so make sure you read them before you post. A suggestion, don't just sign somebody's guest book with an advertisement! Get to know people first, see what they are doing and see if you can help them to succeed. The more people you help the more success will come your way. You get out the energy you put in! Karma or what goes around comes around, you know what I mean.

So here are some of my favorite forums, they are an ongoing work just like this blog is! Ryze has been around the longest that I know of. I have gone through 3 computers with Ryze. BusinessEntrepreneurNetwork is all about marketing. You can buy in as a Gold Member it is still $59.99 but is going up $10 in the very new future. You can even break it into monthly payments of $15 for 4 months. This is a community that when it sells will share it's profits with you. I am having alot of fun (and frustration!) with this one, setting up my page, MP3's, photos, forums, it is really alot of fun, in those hours of the day when I cannot be on the phone showing somebody how to send out cards to enhance their business or simply to make money by sending out cards!

I met the new one of the new founders and owners of O'Jeez at Bizprener. This is a new forum and is growing like wildfire. Also, this is going to distribute profits to it's members! All of these forums give you plenty of opportunities to build your business contacts and what everybody calls the list. The list, the list, the list, the money is in the list! The money is in the relationships you have in that list!

Everybody has heard of MySpace! This is a fun community with a lot of fun people. Yes, you can market there but it is also a place to take a break and have some fun and laughs. This forum did sell and made alot of money, but the members weren't included in the profits! Too bad! Great place to keep in touch and meet new people.

That will keep you busy for months! I am constantly designing and re designing my pages and profiles. After all these years online I have met some really awesome people. As far as marketing goes, DO NOT GET DISCOURAGED! It takes time to build a business and consistent efforts for years, not a week or a month! Find a good fit for you and stick to it. You will succeed. It really is that simple. Positive energy attracts positive energy. Think like a winner and you will become one. I never go online when my frame of mind is negative, I just stay away! We all have our good days and our bad days. It is totally up to you what kind of day you will have today. You decide. You take action. You get results!

Until December when I will be earning one thousand per month from my part time home business, I just lined up a new job for myself with a significant difference in pay. I have worked for the same company for 10 years, but wasn't happy with my pay. I would get depressed on payday and that is never a good thing! LOL! As of July 30 Monday I will start my new position with 4 Internal Medicine Docs that share an office, is very busy and I really liked the feeling when I walked in there for my interview. Oahu is a small Island and I know the Medical Assistant there from my current and soon to be old job....so I already have a friend there. I am excited and nervous, but so grateful to my company that gave me the skills I needed to find a job that compensates me fairly for the work that I do. The attitute of Gratitude is a good mindset to be in!

The upgrade to Personal Version is affordable and renewing it is even cheaper in a year.

I am a member of Ultimate Rep, with an amazing mentor who lives comletely from his onlne income and created Cognigen Networks about 13 or 14 years ago. He was in my GDI upline and I emailed him what I considered a "nasty" email, asking him what about all us little guys down here.
